Hierarchy of Potentials

Sigmund Freud described the Ego as the sum of your personality, the Id as the motivating Pleasure Principle, and the SuperEgo as the Conscience.

Abraham Maslow said developing thru a Hierarchy of Needs would achieve Self Actualization.

Jason's Re-Creationism as presented in the Cyber-Guide to Self Awareness suggests that Self Actualization can also be achieved by progressing thru a Hierarchy of Potentials by developing thru a Hierarchy of Means and a Hierarchy of Enhancements.

Jason also suggests that the Spirit is composed of the Ego or the Lower Self and the Soul or the Higher Self. The Id is the Ego's motivating Pleasure Principle and the SuperId is the Soul's motivating Pleasure Principle. More on these aspects later.
