Every Day of the Week deals with a specific Trait. For example, every Monday focuses on an Awareness. The 1st Day thru each Week deals with raising the Focus of the Week into Awareness, the 2nd Day deals with developing the Desire for the Awareness, and so on.
During the first Week, the 1st Day deals with raising into Awareness, your Awareness of that Month's focus.
During the second Week, the 1st Day deals with raising into Awareness, the Means to achieve the Month's focus.
The focus on Sunday, ends each week by exploring the Curiosity to become even more. By using the same day of each week to focus on one Element of growth, will keep you focused to achieve the Element.
