| Being Aware of your Enhancement to achieve a Potential is the 15th of 28 Degrees to achieve each Potential. Without Awareness of the Enhancement, your growth will be random, unfocused, and progress thru painful trial and error. For example, the Means to achieve the Foundation of Right Attitude is to develop Responsibility for your Attitudes and Actions. The Enhancement of Dedication improves upon being Responsible and helps develop Right Attitude. |

extra credit, spend five minutes thinking about your Awareness of your
plan for growth. Do you have a plan for your growth? Do you know where
you are going? What are your growth objectives? What are you doing
for self improvement? If
you find that you do not have a plan, begin to create one. |
| Being Aware of
12 Enhancements of the Means to achieve each Potential is only the beginning, it's the 15th of
28 Degrees to achieve each Potential. |

| When having the Awareness of an Enhancement is part of your Spirit, you are ready to progress. |
| Awareness of an Enhancement is the 3rd Phase to achieve a Potential. Now you must build upon your Awareness of an Enhancement to develop your Desire to develop the Enhancement. |
| When your Awareness of an Enhancement that improves upon the Means to achieve a Potential progresses into your Desire for the Enhancement, you will progress into the 16th Degree. Hopefully, the stronger your Awareness of the Enhancement, the stronger will be your Desire to develop the Enhancement. Without Desire, your progress will be slow. |
