| The first 2 Elements, your Awareness and your Desire are easy, they deal with only ideas. The 3rd Element thru each Phase begins the hard work, because the 3rd Element puts these ideas into Actions. |
| The
more Actions that you perform to develop
your Awareness, the easier it will be to incorporate
being Aware of your Potentials into your progressing Spirit. The more
comfortable you are with Doing Actions of
your Awareness of a Phase, the easier it will be to securely develop
thru this Phase and prepare for the next Phase. |

this introduction, we'll focus on an Action that
will strengthen your
Awareness of the
Foundation and all of the 12 Potentials of
a progressing Ego.

the Action of writing
a list on a piece of paper, will help you become
more familiar with the
Foundation for a progressing Ego and the 12 Potentials from
1 thru 12. During
the 3rd Degree, you
can refer to this link to the 12 Potentials of Ego.
Think of Degree #3 as an open book quiz. You do not have
to Know the Potentials from memory, until you enter Degree
# 4. |

a little expeditious goosing of growth. |
| For
extra credit, spend five minutes thinking about your Actions towards
your plan for growth. Are you doing anything that will help you grow?
The more you do towards your growth, the faster your growth will occur. |
